Trinity was founded in 1999 when it occurred to Jack Ramsey, a
national service manager, and Mike Kinard, a senior field service
technician, that the time was right for a true CEM service company.
Jack recognized the need for a company that specialized in services
for all types of CEM applications. It was then that Trinity, "The
CEM Experts" was formed. In the beginning, Ramsey and Kinard
started with two staff members and five clients. Nine years later, Trinity has
grown into a team of 12, serving more than 150 customers across the
U.S.
Ramsey, a California native, moved to Pennsylvania in 1991 with his
wife, Lisa, Trinity's CFO and senior office administrator,
and their two small children, who are now grown. Ramsey
has over 23 years of experience in the CEM field.
Kinard, originally from western Pennsylvania, lives in Rochester, N.Y.
with his wife Kelly, Trinity's technical writer, along with their
two children. Kinard has been working in the CEM industry for over
16 years.
